2021 – A Virtual Conference!
SCOLT is going virtual for the March 18-21, 2021 conference! The SCOLT Board is excited about the new opportunities this format will provide for attendees. The Board also understands our exhibitors’ needs and is working to address those.
There will be virtual exhibit booths, in which you can include information about your products or services, pre-recorded videos, and/or have live video chats with attendees. There will be limited opportunities for live exhibitor sessions. Advertisements can be purchased for the online conference program, as well as for the Fall and Spring Editions of SCOLTalk.
SCOLT will use “Sched” for the virtual conference platform. We have used this platform for the conference app in the past and it works well. The exhibitor space is clearly marked and easy to find. There will be a scavenger hunt to encourage participants to interact with our wonderful exhibitors!
There are various sponsorship opportunities for our 2021 virtual conference! Please see this information and contact Leslie Baldwin if you are interested in sponsoring SCOLT.
Virtual booth and advertisement pricing have been significantly reduced for the 2021 conference. Pricing levels differ for non-profit organizations and for-profit companies. Additionally, there are different price points for the exhibitor providing their own video conferencing platform (i.e. your own Zoom or GoToWebinar link), or for SCOLT providing a Zoom room to be used during exhibit breaks. If you have any questions, please reach out to Victoria Russell, Exhibits and Advertising Chair, or Leslie Baldwin, Executive Director.

Our sponsors contribute well above and beyond the normal fees associated with exhibiting at our conference – we couldn’t have this event without them. We are greatly appreciative of the 2020 supporters listed below!
