James Hoadley, 2006 SCOLT/FFLA Conference Keynote Speaker

James Hoadley is the associate director and administrative manager at the Georgia Institute of Technology Center for International Business and Educational Research (CIBER). Mr. Hoadley, worked as an assistant in the CIBER program, which was founded in 1993 under the university’s College of Management, while receiving his Master’s in Business Administration from Georgia Tech. He has nine years of work experience in Japan, including experience as a technical editor for Seiko Epson Corporation and English language instructor with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program, which has approximately 7,000 teachers from more than 12 countries worldwide. Mr. Hoadley, who speaks Japanese fluently, received an undergraduate degree in international studies and a graduate degree in foreign language teaching at the University of South Carolina. He has also worked as human resource supervisor for Musashi South Carolina Inc.
