SCOLT offers membership for its Advisory Board of Sponsors and Patrons. Sponsors are individuals who pay the annual membership fee of $40; Patrons are representatives of an organization or institution who pay the Patron membership fee of $50 each and thus support the Southern Conference on Language Teaching. Annually, there are over 200 members of the SCOLT Advisory Board. They alone are eligible for nomination to the Board of Directors, and they alone vote on the two new Directors each year. Sponsors and Patrons receive a reduction in the general registration fee at the conference immediately following their calendar year of membership. The members of the Advisory Board are listed in the annual conference program and in Dimension, the selected, edited Proceedings of the Annual Conference. SCOLTalk, the official newsletter is sent to all Sponsors and Patrons and conference attendees.
